Ask any buyers who have been out beating the pavement amidst low inventory and significant competition and they could tell you what the sales numbers from March confirm: Noe Valley is hot! March brought a flurry of activity to the neighborhood. According to data on the multiple listing service there were 20 single family homes that sold, ranging in price from $725,000 to $2,950,000. On average properties sold at 103% of list price. The market for condominiums was equally competitive with 11 March sales ranging from $618,000 to $1,419,000 and an average sales price at 103% of list price as well.
