Phone: 415.971.7766

Don brings to the team over 35 years of experience in the Real Estate industry in both sales and finance. As co-owner and managing Broker of the Grubb Co., Inc. and La Salle Financial Services, boutique firms in the Montclair district of Oakland, Don created a continual penetration in the marketplace and growth in the sales of the company through-out his ownership.

Don's objective is to provide his clients with the highest quality of service available. From day one, he will work in your best interest in the purchase or sale of your home. His unique combination of business savvy and negotiating skills are guaranteed to get results:

"After my first phone conversation with Don, I knew I was making a good choice to go with him over the many other agents I'd been referred to. And that was just on the phone! After Patty and I met Don in person, we really felt we had a chance to buy a place in San Francisco. You just felt, 'This guy is going to close a deal!' And guess what? Don made things happen. But what makes Don really stand out from other agents is his personality. He's your agent but he's also your friend. Don makes you feel good about what you're doing but he also lets you know his opinion. If you want the best player on your team, pick Don Woolhouse." - Ross & Patty Stevenson

In addition to his real estate career, Don participates and works with a close associate in motivational and personal growth seminars.
